Highest Quality of delivery
We care about our quality of email delivery.
When you send an email using our service, it is checked by an outbound filter to make sure it is not spam or contains any viruses.
If the email is clean, it is forwarded to a series of outbound relays.
If at any time an email sent with us is rejected for IP reputation reasons, we take that IP address out of current production for a cooling off period and fix the problem while we redeliver your email from a different IP address.
If the recipient doesn’t like any of our delivery IP addresses, we send the email to a contracted service provider who then tries for 24 hours to redeliver the email from several different IP addresses they own.
If this attempt also fails, it is safe to assume that the recipient does not want your email, and we send it back to you with an error bounce message.
