Mailix supports the activation of various filter actions in mailboxes using Sieve. Such filter actions can be set up by the Mailix UI administrator as well as by each mailbox owner for his mailbox.

You can write your own Sieve scripts or activate the Sieve scripts we offer as examples with a simple mouse click.

Example action filters available in Mailix UI:

• Reject emails with potentially dangerous file types.
• Always mark email from a specific sender as read
• Silently delete, prevent further execution of filters
• Sort into INBOX and stop further filter processing
• Auto responder (Vacation)
• Reject e-mails with message
• Forward e-mails and keep or discard them
