Resource management is also included with our service package. Especially business users can use it to make the usage of certain resources available and manageable within their mailbox users.

The resource management is basically a shared calendar where everyone can enter when they need the managed resource. This is then visible to everyone else. Practical for conference rooms, company vehicles or technical devices that are shared by several people.

The resource management is linked to our WebMail (Business option) and can be viewed and operated from there. The setup of a resource for general use is done by the domain administrator in the Mailix UI.
