Why are your prices at the higher side?

We believe that our excellent service quality and reliable product is worth much more than we charge for it. You get a complete service package: we take care of your domain name, your daily incoming and outgoing email messages for all the mailboxes and email addresses you need, and make sure that you can always rely on our servers to work as they should and receive and send your messages perfectly.

Our price includes your share of the use of all the computers needed to provide the services to you, all the electricity, the data center rental, the network and IP administration, and the staff in charge of management and support, as well as all their knowledge (decades of experience) needed to provide our perfect service. We even take care of paying the annual domain rental fees to the domain registrar for you.

All this is included in the price of our plans, and it’s worth it. Anyway, you will be more than satisfied with Mailix.

Finances

We are growing fast and expanding our infrastructure. We have no intention of going into debt, and we have no intention of looking for investors. Our company is healthy and motivated. To accelerate our growth, we are accepting quasi-investment from you in our company in exchange for a simple consideration: your use of our services. It is a small price to pay to receive investment in our growth even without investors or loans.

Although, since Mailix is a healthy company, we could grow just fine without investments, we have a vision for the company that we want to push forward with everything we have. If our progress is slow like this, then so be it. If it can be accelerated, all the better.
