Looking for the information you need to configure your SMTP, IMAP or POP3 client software? They were originally sent to you in an email titled “Welcome to Mailix”, a copy of which you can find in your Mailix customer account web interface.

The SMTP, IMAP and POP3 server is always the name of the mail server that hosts your account. You can find your server name by going to the Products & Services page, clicking on the appropriate service, and then searching for “server name” at the bottom of the page. Our mail servers are named after female opera characters.

Your login is the full email address and password you created yourself when creating the mailbox in the Mailix UI.
