Mailix supports automatic training of SPAM filters through SPAM and HAM learning.

Automatic learning actions

• Any email message you move from the SPAM (junk) folder to the regular inbox is automatically learned as HAM (non-SPAM).

• Any email message you move to the SPAM (Junk) folder will automatically be learned as SPAM.

Learning

Please do not expect that immediately after such a move every message with the same content will be recognized as SPAM or HAM. The SPAM filters learn only certain characteristics of the messages and can be influenced only to a small extent. A large number of messages with the same content from a large number of customers would have to be learned in order for a quick reaction to occur.
